To set the DEFAULT document settings for each of the
available printers ...
1. START>settings>printers
2. Select the required printer (single RIGHT
click).
3. From the dropdown menu select Document Defaults
4. Now you can change the default parameters for any NEW print
jobs
To Add a NEW page size which will be globally available
for all printers
1. START>settings>printers
2. select ADD Printer (DO NOT DOUBLE CLICK)
3. file>server properties (Main window menu)
4. Add New Page by select an existing page, rename and change the
size parameters
